KOOMPI partners with public high school Chea Sim Chroy Changvar to provide 50 KOOMPI laptops to be stationed at computer lab for students and teachers.
Representatives from Kang Meng Huy Foundation Organization (KMH) and KOOMPI signed an official MoU with Mr. Ouk Ponnarith , headmaster of Chea Sim Chroy Changvar High School Friday to station 50 KOOMPI laptops at Chea Sim Chroy Changvar High School’s computer lab for educational use by both teachers and students alike.
The laptops will be provided over a three-year period, with warranted technical support and short courses from KOOMPI team, in hopes to inspire independent computer learning and encourage the use of technology in education.
To implement our One-One School-One-Lab missions, KOOMPI has been working with various schools and universities in Cambodia by establishing computer labs with built-in applications and assigning at least one facilitator per lab. KOOMPI Academy, our educational project, was made to help students of all ages, especially young students who want to explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). There are numerous courses in the digital application and the number will keep growing.
